How to Join TAB Israel

Step 1: Discovery Call (30 minutes)

The journey begins with a 30-minute discovery call with a TAB Israel facilitator. This conversation covers your business background, current challenges, growth goals, and what you hope to gain from peer advisory. There is no cost or commitment for this call.

Step 2: Alignment Session (60 minutes)

If there is mutual interest after the discovery call, you will have a 60-minute alignment session. This deeper conversation explores your leadership style, business stage, and specific challenges. The facilitator assesses which board would be the best fit for you.

Step 3: Board Visit

Qualified candidates are invited to attend a board meeting as a guest. This gives you first-hand experience of the TAB Israel process, the board dynamics, and the value of peer advisory. You can ask questions and meet potential board members.

Step 4: Board Placement

After the board visit, if both you and the existing board members feel it is a good fit, you will be offered membership. Placement considers industry compatibility, company size, and the dynamics of the specific board.

Step 5: Onboarding

New members go through a structured onboarding process that includes a business assessment, goal-setting session, and introduction to TAB tools and resources. You will be set up with your facilitator, accountability partner, and board schedule.
